France Surfing Info and Details
France is an area that is popular with surfers. There are many, many breaks to choose from and France is the home to world class beachbreaks. Its west facing coastline ensures that it cops plenty of swell from the Atlantic.
The north and north west facing coasts of Normandy are not as consistent as the west facing coasts but still get swell, similar to the south coast of England. The Mediterranean coast is even less consistent but small surfable swells are still created (but short lived).
