knee must be involved somewhere as pushing your whole body weight up solely on your arms is seriously hard work!

What worked for me is, I grab the rails around chest level, and at the same time I'm pushing up with my arms, I bend or jack knife my right leg till I feel my foot on the traction pad, then I just kinda pull my left leg under me.

I found doing floor popups takes a lot more effort than out in the water. havnt worked out why yet.![]()
