Aye,

what best sick barrel-type waves do you know that form over complete sandy bottom without any reef, rock and 'stones'?

Scorpions, Kirra, Rincons in various countries. Mundaka, whangamata, Merimbula, Double Island Point. Skeleton coast.
Any beach break on its day

Surfing Waves also provides a surf map, you can see in the menu above!

What do you actually want to know? Are you looking for somewhere that you can practice barrel riding in safety? There's a reason that you need to be an advanced surfer to ride barrels, and that is generally because as well as the difficulty in predicting, getting into and out of barrels, barrelling waves are powerful and generally shallow. Any mistake can kick your ass and more.

Do you realise that what you are asking for is premium quality waves,,rest assured that if they are consistently on offer so will the frothing crowd, and those getting the greatest share will be the really good surfers.
BTw what are you riding and at what level are you riding, because without skills even for small barrels, you will not make a meaningful wave count!
I’m being tough, but really need to know what and how you ride to give you meaningful recommendations.

You know, there's a solid thing that you'll find on every break and that you might end up hitting. We are usually trying to ride on top of it

But seriously, as others said, there are barreling waves over sand bottoms, some might even break on waters that are not so shallow (if conditions allow). That doesn't mean they are safe, barreling waves are powerful. On some very special days, there will be some barrels on smaller waves that are safer to try, but not much easier. You have to read the wave very well, keep your balance and position to be able to fit in.

Wat4zz - considering that you never surfed before, and also your other thread, I seriously suggest to focus on learning the basics and stay away from stuff that will get you beat by nature or locals. You live far away of any of those spots and if they work, they will be super crowded by very good and often very agressive surfers. Even if you are a very fast learner, barrel riding is still many years away.

okay i will not put my life in danger, trying to barrel now, trust me on that

let's assume i figure surfing out more and more and ride some barrels on smaller waves, that happen here and there.

and when the time comes, what best safe places for barrel-riding / holding a little private and safe barrel 'camp', are advisable?

you mentioned the crowd, so what good and consistent, sandy bottom beaches, where the waves dont break on too shallow water and without much crowd, do you advise?

you know some secret, crowdless spots in the nature somewhere, where i and preferably a friend could hold such 'camp'?
would thank you or anyone for that infos

Wazz, the mathematical formula is a wave breaks in 1.3 times its height in water so a 1 meter wave breaks at 1.3 meter depth.
Deeper water means bigger waves needed.
About secret spots we don’t give information about them.

Besides that I would not encourage you and a friend to go it alone at an isolated break, that would be the blind leading the bling.
Recipe for disaster.
Sorry.

blind leading the bling, googeled that and found a lyric of a band called geto boys:

Took one step and dew back
For da life i wuz takin
Wut da fleshin' wuz i thinkin
Should'v slowed it down but i wuz speedin
And i wuz stuck with a code
And n***** waitin around to see if i wuz gonna come up befo
But i can fold like a b****
Seen da chance to switch
But i wuz brought up yo make it
Seen da chance to take it
Find a rule and break it
Take a badge and shake it
And against all odds
Get da fleshin' outta dodge
But I'm a n*** wit records dat da state can't file
Young, blind, and wild
An uncontrollable child in da ghetto
But seddling fo mo everyday
And when i make up my mind i'm gonna get back in line but now i'm

why should i not go to a secret spot in the wild after some training, especially if i take a friend with me?
i also go hiking alone and its sometimes dangerous.
isn't it better to train in a safe place then getting smashed by boards of the crowd, with a partner that can watch if something happens?
or course im not talking of right now but in the future.
would see much more progress riding barrels on a safe beach for like two weeks without anyone stealing my waves.
stealing other peoples waves can be learned easier after that, especially because one would not fall in the water everytime trying it, right?

Spell check did it to me there, it was “Blind leading the Blind”.
You will just have to find your own secret spots, then keep them secret, virtually everywhere with a coast has been checked with google Earth and they even surf in Siberia, Alaska, and the extreme islands in any sea or ocean, if it has a chance of producing a good wave, there will be people on it. Less if it is more remote.
Have your dream but truly learn to surf first!

This is a classic small wave sand bottom with only six people out.
Requirements needed initial flight 24 hours, then inter island flight 30 minutes, 4 hour 4x4 drive to secret beach
3 breaks serious expert break, big, intermediate break good fun, medium to big and the wave in the photo beginner break , sand bottom walk ot. Crowd 6 people, even then the beginners have no etiquette to each other.
Injury time requires all the traveling in reverse

The next surfer is a good surfer riding across a small wave that would ideal to learn on

what i wondered is why pro surfers still dont use helmets on crazy waves like teahupoo.
seen pictures of peoples faces got completely smashed.
wouldnt it be possible to design a helmet that doesnt let water through (would eventually be a bit stiff on the throat lol), with enough view, like a motorcycle helmet with a broader super solid window to the left and right,
i mean with protection of the chin also (one could be knocked out on the chin also)
then little air holes on the top and sides, maybe with a technology that only lets air through the holes or even mini oxygen flask integrated that gives longer air under water?
i would definitely use that on crazy waves

btw. on the world tour they surf at spots where there are sharks.
do they use radar technology to spot the sharks?
many fishers use radar to see were fishes are.
do they use that also to protect the athletes?

Helmets, as I also river surf in Ober Österreich I wear a Gath helmet , i don’t have a visor type they steam up.
Pro don’t seen to,favourite the helmets except in extreme surf like Nazare ( that’s portugal just north of Peniche) way out of my level. With or without a helmet.
Also personal flotation device and Self inflating stuff. But a full closed helmet with air , might be too much on the neck spinal cord in a wipeout.
BTW extreme big wave surfers do extreme training both for survival and to increase breath holding in aerobic and anerobic situations.

Like that wave I showed you early in your postings.
Oddly enough more surfers have been killed driving to the surf than by sharks, most competition have jets ski patrols in South Africa and Australia.

Quite few attacks occur at secluded beaches away from crowds.
