Surfer Arthur "Toots" Achinges at Queens, Waikiki

Let’s face it Toots has the whole break at Queens and anywhere else at Waikiki, Wired,
Anytime anyone here gets a big head, head to Waikiki and its various breaks and get thoroughly schooled by just about everybody!

That’s typical of today’s society. Sitting down rather than standing up....

Let’s face it Toots has the whole break at Queens and anywhere else at Waikiki, Wired,

Toots won't surf at Canoes. That's where I surf. When there's contests at Queen's, I see him on the beach and tell him come out with me to Canoes. He'll say "too crazy out there". I've swapped boards with him, he'll come back and say "I don't know how you can ride that thing". I repeat the same about his boards.

I've seen it with my own eyes, and still can't believe it's possible to do. And yes he gets back to his feet and rides out of the wave. Mind blowing.
