You aren’t missing much surfwise Jaffa - 1ft at 4 seconds blown flat by the southerly...and it’s overcast. Although probably still warmer than Austria!

Bought myself a new board for Christmas (custom 6’10). Just need waves. Although will take for a paddle later today regardless.

i know i'm a day late, but merry Christmas to all.

Im going snowboarding for this Christmas. but ill get a few weeks of surf in Easter.

It was in the high 80s this past week in the Dominican Republic. Definitely not a white Christmas but a fun one with lots of high points for me! I'm now back in NYC and hating this cold, though planning a snowboard trip in Vermont next month.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and got all they wished for!

That 49 degrees C is the difference between an Australian Christmas at 40C and Austria where I am at -9C.
White days before and after but not during.

Indeed cold days in Austria. Down to -20C on the Rettenbach glacier today, but fresh powder, blue skies and a gorgeous day. Had to join my daughter in the fun park, but at my age I can only take VERY small risks..
