where to get foam for making custom bords?

I in Costa Rica the waves here are great but I can´t get foam to make custom bords #1 what is the best foam to use for "floating". #2 Where the hell do you get this xxxxx . Any advice is appreciated.

First of all, you have to ask for blanks. Useful info here: http://www.homeblown.co.uk/acatalog/Sur ... lanks.html I think there is a kid in Jaco (CR) that sells blanks. Haven't talked to him in 5 years, so I can't remember the name of his brand... (It's *not* Chuck)
