Best jobs that allow time for surfing

I work for the federal Gov't, and its a great surf friendly job. We have flexible scheduling, so I can come in as early as 6am, or as late as 9:30am, as long as I work 8 hours. This allows me options to surf in the morning or afternoon, depending when conditions are best. And I get 8 weeks of vacation per year, plus credit hours so plenty of time to go on a surf holiday. Credit hours are overtime hours that I chose not to get paid for, but rather take the time off. So if I work a 10 hours day, I then have 2 hours to take as vacation. I usually accumulate a week or two of credit hours throughout the year, so about 10 weeks vacation.
