West coat surfboard

Hi All,

Can anyone share some info about west coat surfboard (Australia?)?
I looked on the web and can find much about it.

This isnt much use but i have a vague memory of west coast boards being much in the same category as the GSI modern boards about 10 or 15 years ago ie low/mid priced factory made but not in the ultra cheap pop out category. But I may be wrong - what do you want to know about it for? If you are surfing it, it is what it is; if you are looking to value it then size, condition, age are all relevant as well

You meant to say West Coast, and not West Coat, right ?

Is the “stringer” down the middle, actual wood or a paint line ?
