Something melted my wetsuit

I don't know what it is. The surface is crusty and it looks like it distingrate it.

Is that the inside of a knee? Looks like abrasion wear to me. Do you use your knee to duckdive?

It's on the arm this is why I think something melted it. It's not on my elbow. Just in the middle of the arm. When I look inside, it looks like it was burnt or melted.
I put my hand underneath to push it out hence why it looks like it's on the knee.

some oils, petrol and many solvents (esp acetone) can 'dissolve' neoprene. And some other chemicals - maybe it just got dropped into something when you didnt notice, some petrol on the ground in the carpark or something?
not sure what you can do about it - I guess you could get a very thin sheet of neoprene and glue or stitch it it over the area, if its causing a rash

No, only sometimes. pH in human urine in healthy people ranges from 4.5 to 8.0.
