Yes. A common problem amongst many surfers.
When this occurs just shout 2 "Hail Marys" and let your eyes water.
You will find that your voice will at first become very high pitched and you will blush profusely. As you enter the water, steam will rise from the groin area as the cooling affect of the ocean's water runs up your inner leg to the affected area. :oops:

Scrotom reduction is of course always an option and there are many qualified scrotom reduction physicians who can help. Just look them up in the yellow pages under Cattle Prod.
With the scrotom nip 'n' tuck you may well find some relief, but the side affect again being a noticeable high pitch voice syndrome.
Many resort to castration as a last resort.
