wetsuit help

Postby TReMoR » Tue Jun 03, 2008 1:39 am

i just revieved my wetsuit.. and it fits me in height but the pound doesnt fit me at all.. so its tight around the ankles.. loose around my wrist... REALLy loose around the neck and a giant space in the back area >< anything i should do? im about 5'9 and 127ish.. .but the wetsuit was made for 5'10''150-170 :bang: and i cant exchange it for a small because smalls are for 5'8'' .... i do have a rash guard but its not even like a millimeter or anything :bang: i guess i can wear my shortie underneath it? but then that is ridiculous becacuse that would make it 5/2 mm and i would have 2 zippers ... any suggestions? :!:

Buy a new one?

If you cant find one that fits get one made.

If you can't refund it, then sell it on craiglist and buy a new one.

A ill fitting wetsuit will not work. You need to sell it and go try some others on or as RJD said "get one made".

and i cant exchange it for a small because smalls are for 5'8''

wait your 5'9" ermmm im 6ft and can fit into a medium small no problem. wetsuits stretch and 1 inch is hardly a big diff. but the wieght is far more factor. Id say switch for a small. Of course thats the problem with buying over the net you cant try on first

I have a friend who is 5'6 and 230.....he has opposite problem....to fit it is to long....right height,to tight....he tries on 20 suits till he settles on one.

That is you cross to bear....or pony up for a full custom.
