Thanksgiving holiday is a federal holiday in the USA that occurs annually on 25 November. This year, BaNZ, Henry, Wayne, AJ, & billie went to Cardiff by the Sea in Encinitas, California. Cardiff Reef is a longboard break with sand bottom, and slower mushy waves. The reef produces peeling lefts & rights that stack up making steeper take-offs.

One of the notable residents of Cardiff by the Sea is the iconoclastic surfer Rob Machado. Machado quote, 2008: "We dream of the perfect wave, perfect job, perfect house, perfect love. When we get there, we dream of.somehing else."

Thanksgiving is not an Australian holiday, I am thankful for my forum friends in the US and elsewhere, Billy, Bo, Old Man and BaNZ and Oldie in Europe, and Waikikikichan in Japan they all enrich the forum and my enjoyment of contributing.
This crew in particular, but all our other contributors, Thank you! :D
