umm... well out of the places ive been, it owuld have to be cape cod MA... but i would say florida or NC would be a loot better.

florida hurricane season no question unless puerto rico is included then have to be there too many good waves there I would eagerly fly to either place given the right conditions but there are so many places on the west coast with juice its hard to go east
