shorties?

so when do you think it will be warm enough to swap back to using short wetsuits? it's still freezing, but it shouldn't be much longer before it warms up should it? when do surfers normally swap... this is my first year of proper surfing so i dunno.... lol.

I used 1 last week when I was in Lanzarote! :D

I dont think its ever warm enough for a shortie in the UK - dry suits all round!!! :D ok - maybe june til august...

i was using my shorty right up to october this year, no problem... but i've never been surfin around the winter/spring borderline so im not sure when i can go back. i much prefer shorties to long wetsuits, they feel more free. so when do you think i can stop wearing boots, gloves and hood? that wont be long, i think i can nearly give up hood and gloves now.

Heck im gonna try it right away, i got my half term next week so im gonna try adn get someon to take me! I will let everyone know whethere it is too cold for shorties yet.

i'm going now in half term too... not in a shorty tho, brrrrrr!!!!!!!! i got a new leash today, with a swivel so maybe i won't be tripping up so much any more :)

ive been surfing for 6 years, and i can honestly say, where i live, ive worn a wetsuit maybe twice.

ai- Sistah heres the thang like where the university I attend I have to always were a long wet suit. But like when I ride back home I don't ever wear a suit I am always in a bikini and usually board shorts but now wwith the bathing suit shorts I like those too. I don't know bout ya'll chicks but I am so totally stoked about the long board shorts made just for sistahs, I used to wear guys board shorts cause when I started 10 years ago there were only guys stuff. Rock on! Hope you can switch ur suit soon. Check ya later.
