what scares you about surfing?

Waking up on a sunday morning with the hangover from hell then realising its flat so have no way of getting rid of the head.

Going over the falls on a huge wave and then being pinned down for a long time.

last week i hit a old man i felt so bad but then he cursed at me to my face so i dnt feel as bad now.

uugh did you hear about the surfer guy who fell in the boat harbor in honolulu and got some flesh eating bacteria and swelled up 3x his size and died last year? it happend after a spill at a place like 200 yards from a very popular surf spot, and maybe half a mile from waikiki.

Yea, that guys story was on surfline last year. At the end of it all, they tried to claim that it wasn't the harbour water, it was a disease he already had.

That was crazy! He beat the section, lined-up for the barrel and it fattened out on his head! (you see his legs go up like a cockroach?!!)
