What to do in Cornwall

Postby surf patrol » Mon Feb 09, 2004 6:54 am

Pubs, beaches, the Eden Project (heard it is pretty good), walking, cream teas, country houses.
How about all that for a fun packed week!

Eden project is great - can spend a whole day there, theres a gold mining\manufacturing exhibition with on of the James Bond Astons (great for Dads!), walking, tin mines, the Tate art museum, sailing, diving, shopping (in big towns like falmouth and truro), the lands end themepark (never been...), Tintagel (alleged King Arthurs camelot), etc, LOTS!

Awesome site, we have a couple of places like that here, it is cool. I remember High School field trips that took us to those places, always something different and new.

Cornwals topography makes for excelent mountain boarding opportunities... just wear pads as it can be a tad rocky
