Can you break it down for me. As I believe, to do it properly you start in the yoga pose cobra and swing your legs, torso forward between your arms . Not so much a push up, like a flat plank.
in this video (2:16) he says its better to keep your hip up cause you have more space for your legs to swing threw
i also thougt you a cobra and than swing your legs under your body ? what is the proper technique ?
