I'm a beginner at surfing and I'm trying to buy a used surfboard. This guy is selling for $200. Should I go for it and buy it?

Kies is a really good local surfer here in San Diego, pure quality. He still shapes in north county and when you are done being a begginer you will get good money for it.

I don't know the shaper but it looks like a good choice for learning and progressing on.
