place to surf and study English

Hi there !
I'm going to send this summer my 16 years old gent to language school while his interest is mostly to study surfing ( beginner ). Can anyone recommend such summer destinations within Europe ( we're fm Russia ) or even particular school ?

Moliets in France could be a good option, a great environment, good night life and the most important great waves for learn how to surf. I know there is a international surf camp, with people from all around the globe, and the official language of the surf camp is English. You can know more about Dreamsea surf camp in their webpage. Dear Kalymero,
thanks for your tip, but I'm not sure that English speaking camp in France is exactly what I'm lookin for. They say no one word about language lessons while I would prefer half day English ( academic lessons ) + another half surfing.
Seems, I should head to surf spots somewhere in UK and search language school nearby. No package deal could be found sofar (.
Anyhow, thanks again, definetely I have enough time to find proper place.
