Can anyone tell me about these boards?

I came across 2 custom surfboards in my garage... I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about them and maybe their possible value?

The first one is by Gordon & Smith. It's a longboard (9'0") and it reads "10015 Masi.Saili. 9'0" x 22.0 x 2.75 for Rod.Piazza." and has a signature on the center fin. See pictures below:

The second one is by Kaysen. It's a shortboard (6'8") and it reads "6'8" x 19 x 11.5 x 14.25 @ 2 3/8 for Henry Sieck" and appears to be signed by Chis Kaysen with "#654 / 7-92" written next to it. See pictures below:

Masi still shapes surfboards here in San Diego, Masi Saili surfboards. The fin is just a Fins Unlimited fin, they used to sign them that way, they are here in Encinitas too.

The last one looks like a local shaper called Chris Kaysen. Don't know him, but did find hin with a google search: http://www.manta.com/m/surfkaysen

I wish I had your garage, where I'd stumble across boards I didn't know were there.

The longboard is a vintage gordon and smith, but in bad shape. I would ask $350 but settle for $200.

The shortboard, again, is not in good shape and is not considered a collectable or classic board, so I would start at $100 and get whatever anyone offers you.
