Your right about the surfboards, but the second posted image is the only one with more editing than removing a few blemishes.

Yep. I use to shoot surfing a lot, but got talked into shooting people. Sold my long glass, and invested in a studio lighting set up.

Just bought a new 300 f/4, and a 1.4 TC so I'll probably start getting back into surf photography too.
