1st board

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could offer me advice on the first board I should buy. I can stand on softees and swell boards, but would like to progress and get something of my own. I would use it on the North Coast (Cornwall) mostly, maybe Gwithian, Porthtowan, Perran, Trevaunance etc...

I am only 4'11 and weigh 50kg. Do you reckon a 6'4 or 6'8 NSP Betty would work for me?

schmooly74, , it will be a little change from the softies and surf school boards but at your size and weight I can't see it being too difficult.
Go get it and get going, the secret to overcoming the differences is as much water time as possible
