Do you ever hear about Nomad Surf Camp in Santa Barbara? how does it work?

I'm looking for a place to stay without paying too much!can you suggest me something?
I was thinking about some hostel, but how should I reach the surf spot? Is there any bus service that works well?

Please help me, I don't know what to do
