Very much looking forward to this, solid swell forecasted for the whole contest too!

Gonna make this flat spell were experiencing here on the north Cornish coast that little more painful tho!

One good thing, you can actually rewind if you miss something. I've not noticed that before - is that something you can normally do on these live feeds?

God spot that! No other Webcast I've viewed has had that rewind option before! Nice touch.

I'm experiencing the same issues with the feed, hopefully it'll improve!

I barely watched any of it yesterday, the feed never got any better for me.
I'll have it on in the background if I'm working a little later. Maybe with a Löwenbräu?

Glenn Hall did well, knocked him up to 17th in the rankings. I would love to see him make the tour. Medina was a different class though. Definitely future world champ material. The kid was on fire. Those brazilians are hungry for it in a way rarely seen in any sport these days.

Medina is out of his mind surfer! Real impressed with him. Hall was in over his head, and really surfed well. Made a name for himself, and hopefully a future. Hall got a lucky break with Jon Jon. He really should have been knocked out by him, but Florance showed his youth. Don't think you will see Florance losing like that in the future.
I see Medina and Florance as the new guard, and looking forward to it. Kelly will hand it over soon, and these guys are going to have their way.
All of surfing should really tip the hat to Dane Reynolds for pushing the level in contest surfing to open the door for the new style of power combined with flash. Prior to Dane everyone was surfing like robots, not risking any fall or pushing the envelope.
