And the sun is out, the surf is gonna be 3-6ft all weekend, and glassy conditions

Naaah i'd much rather be slaving here at work.
The kitey Komp was a bit of a shambles actually, but also alot of fun. The course racing and waveboard racing was utter confusion but it hink i won one of the wave board races. But by the time the wave comp hit the water the wind was dead onshore with groups of beginer surfers either side of the contest zone which meant that unless you were willing to run them all down :twisted:

it was impossible to get out back to the waves.
Bascially i lost my heat and im making excuses. I was however up against some stern opposition so not at all dissapointed especially so becasue the contest organisors paid for the :beer:

I've seen Big Wednesday, and now I've see Big Friday. Big Friday was bigger.

travelzomg: congratulations and have a great trip.

Today is my Dad's 70th birthday, so the family are all spending it together. We're off to the pub later, then having a big party for him tomorrow. Should be a great weekend.
