i'm still pretty unfit and i really wanna lose the flab, and tone and stregthen up to improve my surfing. i know i need to exercise as much as possible, but it is difficult to find the time, so how often in a week should i do some? i am going to go swimming and cycling, but how many times... 2, 3 times a week? how long till i see some improvement and results if i stick to my plan, complemented with a healthy diet? any help appreciated :)
