I usually surf at Malibu 3rd point since I only live 1 mile away and there is usually good surf. But sometimes I hit up others places (County Line, Staircase, Zero's, Emma Wood, Faria, Topanga, Leo Carillo)

Just one side of our headland going off after six weeks of flatness, drinking great coffee at the local beach kiosk stubbornly willing the surf to come up

I took surfing lessons in Kauai last year and had a blast. Just wish there was more time to get to the beach to enjoy. Any tips and advice on expanding this new interest? Kauai Vacation Rentals has good deals; thinking of going back very soon!
