nice and slow and due to the longboards picking up so easy...its a nice place to learn especially as it doesnt have a crashing wave and tends to give a nice long ride on a good day.
newport...my frineds just been to Rhossili, said is nice...REALLY long beach, but its getting a pounding atm with these strong westerlys...how ever STORMRIDER says its notorious for a hard paddle out! but the length of the ride might make up for it!

surferdude_scarborough wrote:Agreed with Rhossili. Its a nice mellow wave, the paddle out is always managable. Really good for longboarding. Does get steep when the period gets about around 14-15 seconds though. But how often does that happen in Wales?
