Surf internship in Montanita, Ecuador!

The Montanita Spanish School team is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced surfer with an International Driver’s license who is interested in working with us as our Surf Intern. This is a once in a lifetime offer to experience Ecuador and its extensive Coastline, learn Spanish, Surf countless surf breaks up and down the coast, which are pumping year round.

Your tasks, should you take the challenge, will be to assist our Surf Manager as he runs and managers the surf programs we provide. This will include driving the surf vehicle, instructing beginner surfers, running surf trips up and down the coast and helping our clients have the time of their life.

For your hard work you will receive Spanish language classes at our school, accommodation at our cabanas and some pocket money to enjoy yourself with on your time off. We require that all applicants are willing to stay and work with us for a minimum period of 3 months.
