what board is right for me?

I wanna get into surfing and I longboard (skate)..I've surfed once before at a lesson a looong time ago and I dnt really remember it thogh...I'm 5'8 and 140ish...I don't really want a longboard..any suggestions?

Get a wideish board about 20" and maybe about 6"10 or 8
