i do i just go in as it is and wash it when i get home. I keep mine at about should length as i find it gets hard to duck dive with when it gets any longer.

nice, I can imagine. How long did it take you to get to shoulder length? that sounds about the length I'll be going for. it's only about 3 inches right now.

with long hair you gotta develop a post shower drying ritual or else your hair will dry some wierd way and look funny.. gotta experiment, atleast for my type of hair. i dab it with the towel shake it alittle, keep it semi wet and call it good.

I hear ya. I have pretty thick hair to begin with. I'm ready for it to grow out a little more so it doesn't naturally stick up all the time. it's going to be rough awkward mid-stage. :)

I would, but unfortunately my line of work won't allow that particular hair style. :/ that's okay, I'm just looking forward to the long hair :)

I had dreads for years and chopped them when I moved close enough to the beach to surf regularly. I kept losing waves popping up with my face covered.

long hair can be a great indicator as to whether youve got a duckdive right or not. get it right it will be pulled backwards and out of your face.get it wrong and it will go everywhere. usually just before you get owned.

haha well good thing I'm a longboarder! I bet every turtle, good or bad, results in hair in the face when resurfacing :)
