eeeeeeeeee surftechs are alittle evil when repairing. the professionalls drain water out with a vacuum. First i would let it sit out for like 2weeks-no joke. these things absorb sooo much water.

then sand it down with sandpaper, 120 grit or so. then use marine epoxy putty and push it into the crack. sand it down after a good 2 hours if any extra, and your set
