Detachable Fin Mount Repair - HELP!!!

Hello,

I have a 8' longboard with 3 detachable fin slots. One of the side slots has broken completely and pushed into the foam of the board. I'm afraid to ride it because I don't want to waterlog the board. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Can I patch it? What are my options? Should I fill the entire slot with epoxy? Has anyone ever done that? I guess i would have to fill both slots.
