property swap for surfer

I live now in California, as a teacher, I have time to travel around the world for surf.
I'm looking for a way to swap my place with a large choice of surf place. Does this exist on the web ?

Two french guy from basque country, the purpose is to connect surfer from different place in the all world.
Everything is think for surfer, that's seems cools.
To bad for me, I live on the sea shore in french britany, but as a roommate. As soon I have a place for me ( it seems that it's legal to exchange or to receive with surfer even if you rent your place ?) I'll be there.
