Stewart 9' Hydrohull Longboard

Stewart 9' Hydrohull Longboard

Postby sealong » Sun Jan 11, 2009 8:24 pm

I am a learner surfer but have (I think) outgrown my NSP washing up liquid bottle. I bought a 7' 6" Mini-Mal a few months ago; when I get it right it's really great but more often than not I don't, and end up becoming frustrated because I am not having fun.

So, I want to keep the Min-Mal but add to it with a longboard. At this stage I should add that I am a few thou under six foot and of average build (75 - 80 kg). I am thinking of getting a Stewart 9' Hydrohull. I sometimes surf in the mush that we get off the coast of Brighton (UK) but usually go to Cornwall or Brittany.

Has anyone any experience with this board ?

Thanks in advance

I used to have one, great boards, that and a colin mcphillips Stewart are the two boards I wish I had never sold. Fine for Brighton slops and better in good waves too.

Thanks Hang11, the fact that you regret getting shot of yours says something in itself. It's my birthday in a couple of weeks so perhaps I will go and buy myself a present (because nobody else will at that sort of price !)
