How to make or where to buy a motorcycle surfboard rack?

Hi guys.
On a recent Surfing Magazine i saw this guy on a motorcycle with a cool homemade surfboard rack.
I tought it was a wonderful idea with gas prices going up. And also environmentally(sp?) friendly.

I browsed on the wave and found a website with info as to how to build a buke surfboard rack with PVC.
I can easily make one of those but i cant figure out how to attach the rack to a motorcycle.

I live in Mexico so it doesnt have to be summit itself to a traffic law or anything like that.

So can anyone enlighten me as how to attach the homemade pvc rack to tho motorcycle or where i can find a place where they sell this kind of things.

Since the motorcycle í am thinking of using is the one we use for running errands. It has a rear rack to attach the rack to.
