question about new surfboard

hi
im a in a more advanced begginner level surfer
i just bought a DHD quad diamond tail 6'0
my weight is 70kgs
and height is 1'81cm

is this board right for me?? i choosed this one instead of the 6'2, because this had more thickness

70 kgs is 154 lbs
and 1'81 is about 6'1 inches

That could be described as "Ambitious" at your level...

And, incidentally, 181cm is 5'11.

yeah, i don't know exactly what the shape is, shortboard vs fish, but it sounds a bit small. if it is a shortboard shape and thicker, if it's of the proper thickness for your size, it's probably going to be corky. i'm about 5'10", 140 lbs and i ride a 6'2" shortboard, and i'm i guess intermediate? i don't know. surfing ability level names confuse me
