I COULD SURF EASILY BEFORE,now i just...fall...

i have an

NEV 7'6 pointy nosed
21 1/2 x 2 3/4
round square tail,tri-finned.

a week ago i was surfing so good on it, now---i just do nosedives,fall,dont catch waves,my board sinks when im on it. (is tail pearling normal when ur on the board???)

HELP!

I'm 5'3 and around 120 pounds.

(the waves around here Rockaway NY are usally 1-3 feet on bad day --which is regular basis, 5 and bellow on a good day.)
