Advice for a newbie

Looking at buying a board is the Bic 7'6" Performer to small for me. I'm 5'8 and 11 stone. I was told not to buy custom because I will smashing it up. :?:

Yep thats a good board for durablility and your size..

Its made of plastic so it can take a bashing... and it will if ur starting out!
