Looking for surf school in Europe

Hi. I'll be working in Belgium this summer, but afterwards I was thinking about going to a surf school for a week or two. I am a complete beginner. I'd prefer one that provides accomodation.

I am considering the Algarve in Portugal. You get to stay in a big house on the beach. But I'm afraid to wire them money and then have it flop. Anyone heard of it? Any recommendations for another school in Europe? I'd prefer France, but I'm open.
