help me decide my first board(out of 3 choices)

option 1: plastic fantastic 7'4" x 20" wide, dont know the thickness $133



option 2: Funboard 7' 8" x 21" wide x 3" thick $105



option 3: Craig Richmond 7' 3" x 19 1/2" wide x 3" thick $105



im checking out the Craig Richmond tomorrow as this is my first choice, but interested in what you guys think.

how tall/heavy are you and where do you live? for the condition, prices look pretty steep, but I guess where I live, a lot of pro's/growing groms sell their boards cheap after like 2 sessions.

im 19, 6'0" at 190lbs(not fat, im a gym rat) and i live in Manhattan beach like 10 minutes from the beach. I skate almost everyday, and i i love to skate ramps, bowls and pools, not street, if that helps me with surfing...i dont know

I suggest the biggest (fun board)...more float + easier paddle=more waves
shorter learning curve when you get some success early...
carving bowls is a good trainer for surfing

haha thanks man, if i were to get the 7' 3" i could learn on it right? its in better condition

That 7'3 looks nothing like a beginner board, looks almost like a semi-gun big wave board. Reckon it'll be pretty unforgiving in the turn dept. The 7'8 is the best of the 3 for a beginner. Should catch loads of waves on it and you'll progress much quicker.
