First time out

Here is some advice for beginners.(After my first time) Make sure you practice the crawl in swiming a couple of weeks before you go because your arms are gonna just die if you dont. If you surf in cold water make sure you have wet suit, boots, gloves and a hood because when you duck dive it gets reaaaaly cold. You will be able to stay out longer also. Check out the wave length in your area. Around 15 sec. is a good span between waves. It give you a chance to get out past the waves to rest. And last make sure you practice your pop ups before you go so you have it down perfect. Hope this helps you other beginners. TEAMER :D
