Wear a Rash Guard.

OR

Wash your wetsuit with 'Sink The Stink'.

Depends on what kind of rash it is... Do you pee in your wetsuit a lot and not wash it out with fresh water, or do you just have a rash from the laying on the board?

Just wanted to make sure all the bases are covered, because you never know, I've got some pretty dank wetsuits.

If it's in the neck area; you can get a rash guard that has a long neck (not the crew neck). That will help.

It's probably a cheap suit. I've got that problem with the 3/2 I have. The stitching in the neck area is killer.

Again, it might depend on where the rash is and what's causing it.

A new suit might help...

If it is in the neck; look for a neck with no stitching or at least one that has been taped on the inside (so at least the actual stitching won't be rubbing against you.
