shortboard length

how long should a shortboard be? like in comparison to your height? I'm 5'4" and my weight... well, by the time i get a shortboard i will be 'normal' weight, just right like, lol. any help appreciated :)

I'd recomend a 6'1... I have a 6'1 and i'm 5'4 !.... my weight is 50kg but the man who had it before me was 75kg and i doubt ur that heavy and even if you are it'd still be fine 4 u .
