new surfers south west wales

hello everyone,am a 35 year old male just starting to surf looking for similer people to surf with , go on surf trips with is there any clubs that arange such events. :?:

Are you based in South Wales? there are plenty of surfers in the area. Can't help you out with clubs though.

I surf Manorbier and Fresh West as the main breaks. Been surfing just over 3 years - no expert, but if you want to meet up for a session and get some pointers feel free to PM me.

As far as clubs go I put out some feelers a couple of years back but only came across one club - got hold of the guy but he said it had been disbanded for a while.

Two good spots. I have never surfed Manorbier, the only time I went it was flat. But wow, what a great looking spot.

Manorbier only really works on a bigger swell and is always worth a look when Fresh W is blown out - its a bit more sheltered at Mano. And yes, its a lovely spot but does get super crowded when a good swell pushes through.
