Best Surf Shops in Bay Area

I want to go check out some surf shops and wanted to know the best places to find a board around the bay area. Also, I want to know if there are any places that are selling those crappy chinese popouts in the bay area? I doubt I will go that route, but I know they are quite a bit cheaper. I really do want to see them myself and compare. Thanks.
