Is tow in surfing the future of the sport and just how big a wave will be ridden?

tow-in surfing is some serious stuff. I can't see it getting that big because it isnt' really accessible for the average surfer. But those guys do provide us with breathtaking pictures.

Accessibility of tow in surfing.

Hi bigred3rd - welcome to Surfing Waves

It's a good point about accessibility, both for the equipment and the waves. I guess the average surfer doesn't live near Jaws, or have the ready money to buy a jetski.
Some of the tow-in pictures are unreal - it's something that I would love to see 'live'
