Northern Spain-Buy/rent a board??

Heading over to N. Spain for 3-5 months. Will prob get to good surf 1 every couple weeks. Best bet to buy or rent a board? Where can I rent? And if buy, how should I travel with the board? Also, wetsuits--water supposed to be insane cold during Jan-April...possible to rent wetsuits over there?
