hi i've heard France (the Atlantic coastside) is flat in summertime!
is that true or just a fleshin' rumor?????

Summer for all of western Europe is flatter than winter...
France however is more consistant than the UK :) But then Ireland is more consistant than all of them (excepts itas usually blown out :p )
