Portugal surf photos from Rafa

Portugal has good waves in winter or summer you have Costa da Caparica (better in winter), Guincho, Ribeira d'ilhas, Carcavelos (you have a good waves the great days or bad days), Praia Grande.
These locations are not far from Lisbon airport, Good hotels are a bit expensive, but there is always the possibility surf hostel or youth hostels.
